Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. If this is not the case, you are welcome to return your purchase and we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling. Simple. Easy.

We have a 30 day return policy. All returned packages must be received by our Returns Department within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Eligible returns must be unused and have all original tags and/or packaging. They will not be accepted if they are incomplete or have been damaged or altered in any way. To complete your return, we will require a proof of purchase.

Ineligible returns will be discarded unless the purchaser opts to have them shipped back at their expense.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for directions and a return address. Our Returns Department can be reached by email at http://imbuetea.com/pages/contact. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please consider using a trackable, verifiable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any shipping carrier. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and are unable to assume responsibility should a package be lost or damaged.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Refunds include the purchase price less shipping and handling. Shipping and Handling in nonrefundable. If your order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. A 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returned merchandise.

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

MISSING OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS POLICY

We promise to do our best to pack and ship your order but cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any shipping carrier. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your order will reach its destination and will not be held liable for missing or damaged packages or products. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and instruction. If you live in an area that has problems receiving shipments, or even if you do not, please understand that you are ordering at your own risk. (That being said, if we make a mistake, we will do our best to make it right.) If you think your package might be lost, please contact USPS (or your local postal service) with your tracking number and delivery information. Unfortunately, we cannot track or locate shipments any more effectively than you can. The information we have access to is the same as yours.
